The aim of the project was to conduct preliminary research on the constitutional status of the rights of future generations, and to prepare three grant applications and one scientific publication. The research group’s preliminary work will explore how the concept of the “rights of future generations” is reflected in selected constitutional provisions, judicial jurisprudence, and legal doctrine. Additionally, the project will examine measures to protect the rights of future generations within selected legal systems.
