Jan Denka is a PhD student at the Doctoral School of Social Sciences (Adam Mickiewicz University, Department of Constitutional Law). He has an educational background in both Polish and European law. Jan has contributed to various research projects, including the National Science Centre grant titled “Social Rights in Central and Eastern European Constitutionalism” (University of Warsaw). Additionally, he was a visiting scholar at Masaryk University as part of the Visegrad Fellowship Programme.

His research primarily focuses on the intersection of international human rights law and constitutionalism. He has presented his findings at both national and international conferences and has published in internationally recognised journals. For his academic endeavours, he has received several scholarships and awards.
