The primary objective of the research project is to develop an optimal model for the constitutionalisation of the rights of future generations, alongside the corresponding duties of the state and the present generations. Furthermore, the project aspires to design an effective mechanism for representing future generations in contemporary decision-making processes and ensuring the protection of their rights and interests. This constitutionalisation model will incorporate not only specific normative solutions for constitutional implementation but also an innovative framework for interpreting and applying the constitution as an intergenerational contract of enduring significance, effectively defining the legal status and relationships of past, present, and future generations.
